TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The user (hereinafter, the “STUDENT”), upon completing the registration process and purchasing any of our pre-recorded courses, challenges, resources, live classes, or monthly/yearly memberships, expressly accepts the clauses detailed below, as well as the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of the site.

The STUDENT declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into contractual obligations.

This contract is permanently accessible in the legal notices of the website and can be consulted at any time.

1. Applicable Legislation

These Terms and Conditions of Purchase are governed by:

  • Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions

  • Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users

  • Royal Decree 1906/1999, regulating electronic contracting

  • Law 34/2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE)

2. Prices and Taxes

By purchasing a Service, the STUDENT agrees to pay THE PROVIDER the amounts specified at the time of purchase as displayed on www.englishwithissy.com or englishwithissy.mykajabi.com.

3. Purchase Procedure

The Services offered are detailed individually on the website. The purchase process is as follows:

  1. Select the Service and click “Buy now".

  2. Enter personal details:

    • Email

    • First and last name

  3. Enter payment details through secure gateway (Stripe or PayPal):

    • Card number

    • Expiry date

    • CVC

  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

  5. Confirm the order by clicking Complete your purchase.

  6. If this is the first purchase, create an account by:

    • Creating a password

    • Selecting country

    • Entering postal code

    • Billing address

    • City

  7. The login details are personal and non-transferable.

  8. The STUDENT receives a confirmation email and access to the Service.

4. Payment and Invoicing

Payment is made securely through the payment gateway. THE PROVIDER does not store or access the card details.

Access to the purchased content is granted only after payment is successfully completed.

5. Obligations of the STUDENT

The STUDENT agrees to:

a) Use the Service in good faith and in compliance with the law.
b) Not use the Service or its contents for commercial or public distribution purposes.
c) Not copy, share, resell, record, download, distribute or reproduce the content.
d) Not attempt to breach or manipulate website security.
e) Not remove or modify copyright notices.

Failure to comply may lead to suspension of access without refund and potential legal action.

6. Obligations of THE PROVIDER

THE PROVIDER undertakes to provide the contracted Service diligently and to maintain the necessary technical infrastructure for access to the digital content.

Continuous access cannot be guaranteed due to limitations of the Internet or third-party systems.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Personal Data

Personal data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability and Guarantees

The STUDENT accepts that:

  • The Service is provided “AS IS”.

  • THE PROVIDER is not liable for interruptions caused by factors outside her control.

  • The STUDENT is responsible for their device, Internet connection and access.

10. Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

10.1 General rule (by law)

According to Article 103.m) of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the STUDENT waives the right of withdrawal once they gain access to digital content.

Therefore, NO withdrawal or refund applies to:

  • Downloadables

  • Live classes

  • Any product with immediate digital access

10.2 30-day satisfaction guarantee (ONLY two courses)

THE PROVIDER voluntarily offers a 30-day money-back guarantee exclusively for:

  • B2 First in 21 Days

  • C1 Advanced in 21 Days

The STUDENT may request a refund within 30 natural days from the purchase date by emailing [email protected], stating:

  • Full name

  • Purchase email

  • Purchase date

10.3 Mandatory deletion of downloaded material (IMPORTANT)

If the STUDENT receives a refund under the 30-day guarantee, they must permanently delete:

  • All downloaded files

  • PDFs

  • Videos

  • Screenshots

  • Any other stored course material

Failure to permanently delete downloaded content may constitute a breach of intellectual property law and may result in legal action or financial penalties.

The STUDENT accepts this condition by completing the purchase.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, videos, PDFs, resources, texts, designs and materials are the exclusive property of THE PROVIDER.

The STUDENT is strictly prohibited from:

  • Copying

  • Sharing

  • Forwarding

  • Redistributing

  • Recording

  • Downloading (beyond permitted use)

  • Reselling

  • Publishing

Any infringement may result in legal action and termination of access without refund.

12. Third-Party Links

The Provider is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked or referenced on this site.

13. Indemnification

The STUDENT agrees to hold THE PROVIDER harmless against any claims or damages arising from misuse of the Service.

14. Assignment

THE PROVIDER may assign this contract to a third party when reasonably necessary for the continuity of the Service.

15. Completion of Contract

The contract is formalised upon payment. A confirmation email detailing the purchase is then sent.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid, the rest shall remain fully effective.

17. Breach of Terms

THE PROVIDER may suspend or terminate access without notice if the STUDENT breaches these Terms.

18. Complaints & Disputes

If no amicable solution is reached, jurisdiction will be determined by the STUDENT’s place of residence (mandatory by law).
