We offer online English language courses designed to prepare students for the Cambridge C1 Advanced exam. All courses are delivered digitally through our online learning platform (Kajabi). We offer three course tiers:
Tier 1 โ Self-Study
Pre-recorded course content plus one live Q&A session per week.
Access period: 12 months. Payment: one-time only.
Tier 2 โ Full Programme
Pre-recorded course content, weekly live classes, and access to the student community.
Access period: 6 months (extendable). Payment: one-time or 6 monthly instalments.
Tier 3 โ Full Programme + 1-to-1 Classes
Everything in Tier 2 plus a pack of private one-to-one classes.
Access period: 6 months (extendable). Payment: one-time or 6 monthly instalments.
We reserve the right to make reasonable updates to course content to ensure accuracy and quality. The course description on the product page at the time of purchase governs what is included.
4. Access Extensions
Students on Tier 2 and Tier 3 may request an access extension at the end of their 6-month period. Extension requests are subject to availability and may be subject to an additional fee. Please contact us at [email protected] to request an extension.
5. Ordering
To place an order you must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental or guardian consent) and provide accurate, complete information at checkout.
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send you a confirmation email and grant you access to the course. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase and are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.
Where a payment plan (instalments) is selected, you agree to all scheduled payments for the full duration of the plan. Cancelling a payment plan does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and access to the course may be suspended if payments are not completed.
Prices may change from time to time. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
7. Right to Cancel โ Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
If you are a consumer (purchasing for personal use), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason (the "Cooling-Off Period").
However, by completing your purchase and requesting immediate access to digital content, you expressly consent to the supply of digital content beginning before the end of the Cooling-Off Period. You acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel once digital course access has been made available to you.
If you cancel before access has been granted, you are entitled to a full refund. To exercise your right to cancel (where applicable), please contact us at [email protected] with your order details. We will process your refund within 14 days.
8. Refund Policy
Outside the statutory cancellation rights described above, we do not offer refunds on digital content once access has been granted, as this constitutes delivery of the product.
We will consider refund or resolution requests on a case-by-case basis where:
- The course content was materially different from its description at the time of purchase;
- A technical fault prevented access to the content and we were unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
- Other exceptional circumstances apply.
To submit a refund request, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue.
9. Access to Digital Content
Upon confirmation of purchase, you will receive access to the purchased course tier via our online platform. Access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Sharing your login credentials with others is not permitted and may result in suspension of access without refund.
Access duration is as stated per tier above. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Live Classes and Community
Tier 2 and Tier 3 include access to weekly live classes and the student community. Live classes are scheduled in advance and recordings will be made available where possible. We reserve the right to reschedule or substitute live sessions in exceptional circumstances. Missing a live class does not entitle you to a refund.
Community access is subject to our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any student from the community for behaviour that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in breach of these Terms.
11. Corporate and Business Purchases
Where a business or employer purchases a course on behalf of an individual, the purchasing entity is responsible for ensuring the end user has read and agreed to these Terms. The right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to business purchases.
12. Intellectual Property
All course content, materials, videos, audio, text, and branding on our platform are the intellectual property of Issy Education LTD or its licensors and are protected by UK and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, record, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
Your licence to access content is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our courses;
- Loss of earnings, business opportunity, or data;
- Any interruption or failure of our platform beyond our reasonable control;
- Failure to pass any exam, as results depend on individual effort and preparation.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may also be entitled to seek redress through the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
